Overview

Skyescraper AI is an advanced AI-powered property management and real estate inventory platform designed to simplify collaboration between developers, real estate agents, and administrators. The platform centralises property listings, promotions, lead handling, and project management into a single scalable ecosystem for UAE and India real estate markets.

The system eliminates the dependency on scattered communication channels by offering a unified platform where developers can upload projects, agents can access live inventory, and administrators can efficiently manage platform operations through a secure backend system.

The platform includes intelligent AI-powered property data extraction that automatically processes Excel and PDF uploads, standardises property information, and converts it into a structured database format for easy accessibility and management.

The objective of this project was to build a scalable, AI-integrated real estate management platform that simplifies inventory handling, improves collaboration, and delivers seamless property discovery experiences across web and mobile applications.

Our Role

We developed a scalable Laravel and Flutter-based real estate software platform focused on automation, usability, performance, and multi-user collaboration.
